Denis has been involved with the investment community for close to 40 years. After working for a Wall St. firm, in 1970, he founded what is now Scarborough Alliance Corporation, pioneering the concept of making mutual funds available through payroll deduction plans for as little as $5/week. Scarborough began working with locals of the IBEW in 1974 and helped the locals negotiate the first union sponsored company matching savings plan with ATT in 1977. The IBEW Local Unions Savings and Security Plan continued with ATT, Verizon, SBC, Comcast and other employers. Through the years, Scarborough's services have evolved and pioneered into another area - making top-performing funds with low expenses and no sales charges available for IBEW members' pension and 401k rollovers. Denis is a registered principal with the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) through an affiliated company, Scarborough Securities Corporation and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through another affiliate, Scarborough Capital Corporation, an investment advisory firm.
