Effective as of March 22, 2005We at Scarborough Alliance Corporation ("Scarborough") have created this Privacy Statement because we know privacy is important to you. This Privacy Statement relates solely to the online information collection and use practices of our web site located at http://www.scarboroughalliance.com (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Statement. In this Privacy Statement, the words "Scarborough," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Scarborough Alliance Corporation, and the "Scarborough Companies" refers to Scarborough together with its affiliated companies (including, but not limited to, Scarborough Capital Corporation and Scarborough Securities Corporation).
